Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with any gifts/zero-sale value items you may have received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift items (items that had zero sale value)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refund approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will not approve exchanges based on color choice, because we do not guarantee the color choice will be fulfilled, even if you expressly sent us a message to do so. We will strive to match the colors, but if stock will not allow, we will proceed with what we have in stock. If you want to exchange based on color mismatch, you need to cover two-way shipping costs and restocking fees at the warehouse.

We will not refund the shipping cost, as it is an operational expense you have agreed to pay for the merchandise to reach your Shipping address. By ordering from our website, you agree that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Restocking fee

If your shipping address is in the US, we will charge a $5 restocking fee if the item is in working condition and the return was initiated by you due to incompatibilities with 3rd party devices such as wireless chargers or non-standard cables. This is the fee we actually pay to the warehouse to have our items restocked, we make no profit off it.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Invalid refund requests

Refund requests initiated directly via PayPal cases or via bank chargebacks, without contacting us first, are invalid and you will be in breach of the terms herein. We will also reserve the right to not give you a refund should you not contact us directly via our email address first.

Damaged items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to one of the addresses indicated by our email exchange or the closest you can find at the bottom of this page.

Return time

To return your product, you should write us an email and we will agree on where you can ship the products. If you’re in the US, we can create a return label for you and you can ship it to the warehouse directly. Please DO NOT send the package back without a written email agreement from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Communications Policy

We reserve the right to refuse to provide refunds or returns to customers who use offensive or abusive language in communications with us. We believe in maintaining a respectful and professional dialogue with our customers, and any use of derogatory, insulting, or threatening language toward our team members will not be tolerated. In such cases, we may terminate any further communication with the customer and decline to process any refunds or returns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our communication professional and respectful.
