We do not guarantee the same results from the usage of our Chargie product to everybody. Battery life is dependent on many factors other than trickle charging for an extended amount of time. Please consult your phone manual and specialty scientific references to determine what is best suited for your particular case.

We are not responsible for any loss, material or otherwise, direct or indirect, related to the use of our Chargie product. You are the only one capable of knowing and determining if your Chargie product is working correctly. If in any doubt of its safe functioning, please stop using it and contact us for a replacement if the product is still in the 2-year warranty period.

Prolonged use of our Chargie device may result in it getting slightly warm. It should, however, not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. If you feel it is getting hot to the touch please stop using it and contact us. Normal environmental temperatures should be from 0 to 35 degrees Celsius. We do not guarantee correct functionality above this environmental temperature.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Returns

A customer can return the purchased items in exchange for a refund during 30 a days period from the moment of receipt. As long as the items are shipped securely, the return can be made through a carrier of the customer’s choice. The refund will only be processed at the moment of receipt of the fully functioning and undamaged devices.

Warranty

Chargies and Chargie Packs have a two year warranty from the moment of receipt. Malfunctions that appear during this period can be solved by either repairing the item or replacing it altogether. Any claims should be made through the e-mail address [email protected] or through the ticketing system on the https://chargie.org website. Warranty returns are shipped free of charge through regular post by default. If the customer wishes a quicker resolution, Lighty Electronics SRL can arrange express shipping at an additional cost.
